  1.       I can’t find a particular type of product when on Uhoturban, has it been sold?

We try our best to keep up with the demand, but sadly, sometimes we do run out of stock due to the popularity of the merchandise or we don’t know about it yet.

  1.       How can I return my order?

You can return an ordered item to Uhoturban provided the order does not exceed 14 days from the time of purchase. However, depending on the reason you may have to return an item, we may choose to accept or decline, and you may be responsible for shipping charges.   1.       How can I replace or exchange an item?

At the moment we do not offer direct exchanges. Nevertheless, if you would like to make an exchange still, you can visit our return page or place a new order.


  1.       How do I return my order if it’s within the 14 days grace period?

To return an item under any order is very easy. The fastest way is by visiting our Return Process page to learn how to return your order. If after seeing the descriptions, you still do not understand it, you may then contact us via to discuss with us. We will reply you as soon as possible.


  1.       How do I cancel an order, I have changed my mind?

Please, be aware that only items that have not been dispatched for shipment can only be canceled. If an item has already been dispatched, it will be subject to return rather than cancelation. Nevertheless, if you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by reaching out to us via


  1.       I just noticed that I did not receive all the goods I ordered.

It is very unlikely that we did not ship all items in your order except. However, if for any reason you didn’t receive all of the items you ordered, you can reach out to us at

It is unlikely that we shipped the wrong items to you. However, in case that happens, kindly visit our Return Policy page to learn about the return process or notify us via our email on, and we will rectify the problem as soon as possible. Please, note that the return of items should be done within 14 days of receiving the items.


  1.   How long do I have to wait to receive my order?

We ensure all items are delivered within 1-2 days in and around the UAE. However, depending on several factors such as the distance and nature of the items, and public holidays, the delivery may extend a bit. Estimated delivery date is always provided at the check-out page of your order. Tracking information is also provided in your login dashboard so you can conveniently track your order.

  1.   Is there a minimum quantity of order I can make on Uhoturban?

No, there is no minimum number of items or orders you can make on Uhoturban. However, you may not order as a dealer or reseller.


  1.   What if a company is looking to make large orders on your site, do you accept purchase orders?

We allow large company orders only if the company is not in for reselling. However, you may reach out to us via for additional information.


  1.   What if I include an order for merchandise that is out of stock?

We may have to inform you if an item is out of stock. If you wish to proceed with the other available items, we will remove the “out of stock” items from your order and ship the rest to you. We will deduct the cost of the item that is out of stock.


  1.   How much will delivery cost me?

Delivery is free within the UAE provided your order is over 100AED. For orders less than 100AED, we charge a token of 15AED per order.


Payment FAQs

  1.   What payment option do you currently accept?

At the moment, we only accept Cash on Delivery for all orders across the UAE. However, we are launching other payment options very soon. Please, bear with us as we make these developments.


  1.    Why was my Credit card denied?

Credit Cards are declined for several reasons. One particular reason we have noticed is an error in the “Bill to Address”. To avoid this error, you must ensure that the billing address registered to the credit card is corresponding to the address you are trying to enter on the order page. You may also need to double check on the Credit Card Number, and CVV2 details entered, ensuring you are not omitting any digit.


  1.    What currency does Uhoturban accept?

At the moment, payments are listed in AED. We are making plans to make some developments in the nearest future.


  1.    I don’t have a Credit Card; can I still shop at Uhoturban store?

Absolutely! At Uhoturban, we can deliver your order to you before paying for the order. This payment method is known as the Cash on Delivery (COD) method: meaning that you have the option to pay for your order in cash at the point of delivery.


  1.    Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?

Currently, we do not offer international shipping or accept payment outside of the UAE. However, it is a feature we are already processing. In no time, the feature will be fully incorporated. We implore you to keep checking for this update.

  1.   How can I create an account?

Creating an account on Uhoturban is a very simple process:

  •          Simply go to the uhoturban homepage and locate the human avatar at the top right corner. Click on it and locate the registration link to submit your details.
  •          You can also register by using your Google account, and your details will automatically be synced with our system. This is the most recommended means of opening an account because it saves you the stress of typing your information.


  1.   I can’t log in to my Uhoturban account, what can I do?

There are a couple of reasons you may be finding trouble login into your account. It may be that your network reception is bad or it may be that your account login details are wrong. If you forgot your account login details, click on the “forgot your password?” link to request for a new password.


  1.   I can’t remember my password

If you have forgotten your password, just click on the password recovery page and input the email address you used to create your account. Finally, follow the instructions sent to your e-mail address to reset your password.


  1.   Why is creating an account on Uhoturban necessary?

While registration is not a requirement before you can shop on Uhoturban, becoming a registered member comes with a lot of advantages;
