You can return an ordered item to Uhoturban provided the order does not exceed 14 days from the time of purchase. However, depending on the reason you may have to return an item, we may choose to accept or decline, and you may be responsible for shipping charges. We may have to inform you if an item is out of stock. If you wish to proceed with the other available items, we will remove the “out of stock” items from your order and ship the rest to you. We will deduct the cost of the item that is out of stock.
Delivery is free within the UAE provided your order is over 100AED. For orders less than 100AED, we charge a token of 15AED per order.

Credit Cards are declined for several reasons. One particular reason we have noticed is an error in the “Bill to Address”. To avoid this error, you must ensure that the billing address registered to the credit card is corresponding to the address you are trying to enter on the order page. You may also need to double check on the Credit Card Number, and CVV2 details entered, ensuring you are not omitting any digit.

Absolutely! At Uhoturban, we can deliver your order to you before paying for the order. This payment method is known as the Cash on Delivery (COD) method: meaning that you have the option to pay for your order in cash at the point of delivery.
