I am not satisfied with my purchase. How can I return the product?
We are sorry that you are not pleased with your purchase. Items bought through us are entitled to be exchanged or returned. We stand behind the quality of our products and hope you will be always happy about our services.
We offer free delivery for purchase above 100 AED.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days from the day of delivery free of charge.
All refunds made through this website will be reimbursed in full to the original payment method in compliances with the return policy.
To initiate a refund, please submit your request via your account within assigned period and we will come back to you shortly. (Click here to see instructions) Our courier will collect the product from you within 48 hours after your request is confirmed. You should have an original receipt to complete your return along with the return policy applies.
All items must be returned in their original condition including the packaging material and boxes. We do not accept returned items that are damaged, washed, altered or worn.
Please note that the following items cannot be exchanged or returned:
• Lingerie and sleepwear.
• Body Suits.
If you consider that a product has a manufacture defect, please submit the request to the e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the issue and the product. We will get back to you as soon as possible. We will notify you and send a replacement product (subject to availability) or arrange full refund within 2 working days.
What are your collection and delivery options?
Currently, we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and ship within the United Arab Emirates. We are always looking for ways to improve customer experience and provide you with the best service and the most reasonable rates. We have plans to additional collection and delivery methods across our shopping channels in the nearest future. Please check back often to see if more collection and delivery options are available.
We carefully inspect and hand-pack each item before dispatching. We encourage you to check the contents of the package before signing for your items.
What should I do if the item I want is out of stock? Do you notify your customers? How often do you restock?
If the item is out of stock, just look for the “Out of Stock? Notify Me” button underneath the product and click on it. Once we restock the item, you will be notified immediately through email.
Here’s a tip!
When you find a colour, size or style that you like, you should reserve it right away. Due to our company’s fast ways of handling our process, we can’t guarantee that an item will be restocked. Some of the items are limited edition, so you should grab the chance and make a reservation immediately.
Are there instances where you cancel orders?
We may withhold orders in our sole discretion for any of the following reasons:
• Suspected fraud.
• Stock availability.
• Inability to verify payment authorisation.
• Shipping restrictions.
If the item was available at the time of placing your order but was sold out by the time we processed it, we will notify you right way. These cases are extremely rare. The receipt of your order will be recognised via email. The order is only verified when you get a notification from us approving dispatch of the item. No party other than us is allowed to authorise the acceptance of the order.
