1.       GENERAL INFORMATION
  •          Our core objective is ensuring that you get all the items you desire via our site.  However, due to constant demand and the inflow of orders, an item may not always be available. Nevertheless, be rest assured that we are expanding and introducing more features and user experience, and that means more room for more items. And even though an item may not be readily available on the site, we have a way of getting such items especially for you. Should the item be out of stock, all you have to do is hit the “Out of Stock? Notify Me” button on the order page. When it is available, we will let you know via your email address.

 

  •          For any item(s) you have ordered through the site to be accurately delivered to you, we require you to provide a correct and accurate shipping address that is easy to locate within the UAE.

 

  •          Once the item you purchased via the Site has been delivered to you by our delivery agent, the risk associated with losing the item or the title is transferred to you.

 

  •          Uhoturban will not be responsible or liable to you for any delay, loss or misplacement or otherwise any error associated with delivering your purchased item(s) which may occur as a result of you providing incomplete, inaccurate or misleading information via the order page.

 

  •          We ensure all items are checked for quality and inspected for any fault or error before they are shipped. If, however, the item you received is in an imperfect condition, do not hesitate to contact Uhoturban within 14 days via our email address at info@uhoturban.com to arrange for the return of such item.

 

  1.       LOCATION OF DELIVERY/SHIPPING

At the moment our delivery agents are only able to deliver orders in and around the UAE only. However, due to our mission of satisfying you with great service experience, we are already initiating the international services whereby users will be able to order from countries outside the UAE. Furthermore, the Credit/Debit Card feature will be introduced along with the feature. Therefore, we wish that you bear with us as we introduce these features very soon.

 

  1.       DELIVERY TIME

We ensure the delivery of all orders within the UAE in an estimated time of 1 to 2 business days unless there are circumstances which may be out of our control. Business days shall mean from Saturday to Thursdayexcluding public holidays. Shipping time commences from the date you place and confirm your order.

 

The delivery date may also vary depending on the location, shipping practices, delivery method, and the items ordered.

 

  1.       DELIVERY COST AND PAYMENT METHOD

We offer Free Delivery throughout the UAE for orders above 100AED. For orders below 100AED, we charge a sum of 15AED per order. We are always looking for ways to improve customer experience and provide you with the best service and the most reasonable rates. We have plans for additional collection and delivery methods across our shopping channels in the nearest future. Please check back often to see if more collection and delivery options are available.

 

  1.       RETURNS

For returns due to damaged or wrong items, we offer free returns within 14 days after the delivery. If items elapse the 14-day free return, you will pay for the return charges.

 

 

RETURN POLICY

  1.       Our mission is to see that the items you have ordered are delivered to you in the original and perfect conditions. However, if you are unsatisfied with the item that is delivered to you for reasons such as a wrong item(s), damaged item(s), and/or defective item(s), you are entitled to a free return of the item(s) within 14 days you received it. Orders that are over 14 days after delivery are not eligible for return or refunds.
  2.       For items to be considered eligible for return, it must be unused, new, unwashed, altered, not worn, and in their right packaging including with the receipt of purchase. If our courier service agent inspected the items and discovered they do not meet our requirements, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
  3.       To initiate a return of the items, go through our return process page at https://uhoturban.com/content/6-returns-process. After initiating the return process, our agent will reach out to you within 48 hours for the item.
  4.       Please note that we do not offer return, refunds or replacements for the following items;
  •          Lingerie and Sleepwear
  •          Swimwear
  •          Bodysuits

If you consider that a product has a manufacturing defect, please submit the request to the e-mail: info@uhoturban.com with details of the issue and the product. We will get back to you as soon as possible. We will notify you and send a replacement product (subject to availability) or arrange a full refund within 2 working days.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

In addition to the disclosures under our refund policy, you have the legal right to cancel an order provided the item(s) under the order have not been dispatched. Should an item be already dispatched, it will be deemed to fall under our Return Policy.

We also have the right, in our discretion to cancel any order for the below-reason;

  •          Suspected fraud.
  •          Stock availability.
  •          Inability to verify payment authorization.
  •          Inability to reach out to you to confirm your order.
  •          Shipping restrictions.

If the item was available at the time of placing your order but was sold out by the time we processed it, we would notify you right away. These cases are extremely rare. The receipt of your order will be recognized via email. The order is only verified when you get a notification from us approving dispatch of the item. No party other than us is allowed to authorize the acceptance of the order.
